Peter Newhouse, PhD, LMSW, ACSW, is the CEO of the non-profit organization called Winning At Home, which includes founding and overseeing the Winning At Home Counseling Centers and Corporate wellness program. He is the author and co-author of several books, focusing on relationships – Marriage on Purpose, Prescriptions for Healthy Relationships, The Necessary Nine: How to Stay Happily Married for Life! and One Minute Devotions (a series of four books) for couples. He also lectures and speaks on a variety of topics. He seeks to help people know themselves and embrace who God designed them to be.

Peter has been married to his wife, Shawn Maree, for over 32 years. They live in West Michigan and love spending time playing, traveling and laughing together. They enjoy being a part of their three adult children’s lives (and now their grandson’s life!) as they journey through each stage.

Homeschooled preacher’s kids with finance degrees don’t usually quit their Budget Analyst jobs that provide health insurance to be stand-up comedians, but Andrew Stanley didn't know that.

He is now touring all over the country (as well as internationally) performing at clubs, festivals, fundraisers, churches, corporate events, bars with 4 people in them that "didn’t know there would be comedy tonight..." Andrew possesses a unique perspective that pairs well with his dry delivery and observational nature.

Dr. Jim Dunn is the President of Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, with a storied background in ministry and leadership.

He is married to Wendy and has four children, with family members involved in ministries across the country and the world.

Jim's life mission is centered on sharing the grace and truth of Jesus Christ, and he is known for his extensive experience and multifaceted roles in ministry, but he values his roles as a son of God, husband, father, and grandfather above all else.

Winter Retreat has free time built in for you to retreat and do something you enjoy, whether that's taking a nap, going on a date with your spouse, exploring the city, team building activities, etc.
